Quonsets first constructed at Quonset Point, RI as an all-purpose, easy to assemble structure for use in WWII.
2006
Founding of GEG Construction to serve the growing economy of Kurdistan, Iraq and need for superior quality buildings.

ISIS invades Iraq prompting a military response from Kurdistan and its international allies.

Zana Mufti
Chief Operating Officer
Educated at Salahadden University, Zana is a highly trained engineer with years of experience building large scale structures and custom interior finishing throughout Iraq. Zana oversees every project from start to finish to ensure each building meets both US and Kurdish safety standards.

With over ten years of experience as an engineer, Raad has managed the buildout of a number of successful projects in the region, including the vast Tarin Site, a 220 residential dormitory, school and a hospital in Erbil.
